Ryan Steppe recently joined Radnor Property Group as Head of the Southeast Regional Office in Atlanta after a 9-year relationship with Radnor beginning as a joint venture partner while employed at Assurant, Inc. a global insurance company. Ryan has over 20 years of institutional real estate experience in acquisitions, ground up development and finance with diverse organizations including Assurant, Broadstone – a private REIT, and Redwood Capital Group – a vertically integrated private equity company.

Over the past six years, Ryan has specialized in development and acquisitions in the Southeast with a concentration in multi-family residential totaling $3.5 billion in asset value and $1.5 billion in debt and mezzanine financing. As Head of the Southeast Region Ryan will spearhead all investments within the territory for the company.

Mr. Steppe graduated from the University of Richmond in 2000 with a B.S. in Economics and Finance.
