VP of Real Estate Development

Nick has 11 years of real estate experience with an expertise in the development process. At Radnor, Nick manages new development projects and leads the company’s pursuits of P3 endeavors.

Throughout his career, Nick has managed or has been involved with over $300 million of development projects totaling over one million square feet. He manages predevelopment, entitlements, underwriting, financing, and construction through lease-up. Nick undertakes ground-up construction, rehabilitations, and repositioning of acquired assets. He also has experience in historic facilities and structuring projects utilizing tax credits, grants, and subsidy programs.

Prior to joining Radnor, Nick has worked for a community-focused housing developer and Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and a top 50 AE firm, focused on higher-ed real estate advising. He holds a B.S. in Urban Planning from Arizona State University and a M. of Urban Planning and a real estate development certificate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Design and Wharton School.
