Nick has 10 years of real estate experience with an expertise in the development process. He manages predevelopment, entitlements, construction, underwriting and financing through lease-up. Nick undertakes ground-up construction and rehabilitation of historic facilities and has experience in structuring projects utilizing tax credits, grant and subsidy programs.
Nick has managed or has been involved with over $300 million of development projects totaling over 1 million square feet. He has a long history in collaborating with institutions of higher education for project management, development and advisory roles. At Radnor, Nick manages projects through predevelopment including financial modeling and analysis through design and construction to completion.
Prior to joining Radnor, Nick has worked for a community-focused housing developer and Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and a top 50 AE firm, focused on higher-ed real estate advising. He holds a B.S. in Urban Planning from Arizona State University and a M. of Urban Planning and a real estate development certificate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Design and Wharton School.
