Michael Vereline is a seasoned real estate professional with over 35 years of experience in development, construction, and property management. During this time Michael has been involved in over two million square feet of real estate along the entire East Coast with a concentration in New England, Pennsylvania, and Florida. A large portion of his portfolio is concentrated in residential with a specialty in workforce housing, senior living, and student housing.

As Regional Director of the company’s New England Region in Hanover, NH, Michael is responsible for sourcing new development opportunities and serving as Radnor’s representative in the region throughout the development process from entitlements to construction completion and during the asset’s operations.
