Cole Yeager has significant expertise in financial analysis, credit & private equity investments and asset management. At Radnor, he serves as a Project Manager and is also engaged in the capital sourcing and investor relations initiatives.
Prior to joining Radnor, Mr. Yeager worked in New York City as a Vice President in the Private Credit Group of HPS Investment Partners, a global investment firm with over $60 billion in assets under management. At HPS, Cole focused on the energy, power and infrastructure sectors and was responsible for sourcing, analyzing and managing various investment strategies across the capital structure from syndicated leverage loans and high yield debt to privately negotiated senior secured debt, mezzanine investments and private equity.
Prior to joining HPS, Cole held roles in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. He served as an Associate in the Global Natural Resources Mergers & Acquisitions Team in Houston, TX and as an Analyst in the Natural Resources Debt Financing Team in New York City.
Mr. Yeager began his career as a Financial Analyst for Altus Power America, a renewable energy private equity firm based in Greenwich, CT. Cole holds a B.Sc. from Yale University.
