Radnor is partnering with Idaho State University through a public-private partnership to deliver 370 new student housing beds on its main campus in Pocatello, ID. Designed to provide modern, amenitized, community-centered living, the new residence hall will achieve key institutional objectives to expand housing and support student recruitment, retention, and wellbeing. Radnor was approved as the University’s preferred development partner by the State Board of Education in August 2026, marking a significant milestone in the project’s development.

Comprised of four buildings with a central amenity clubhouse anchoring the residential community, the student housing development will include a mix of two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartment-style units that seamlessly integrate into the campus community and surrounding topography. The community will include study spaces, a central lounge, and programmable outdoor areas to prioritize socialization and connection. The project is currently in predevelopment with an anticipated Fall 2029 delivery.
