Radnor is the developer, owner, and asset manager of Felson Apartments, a multifamily rental community located in the high-growth North Hills suburbs of Pittsburgh. Radnor entered into an agreement to acquire the 13.5-acre site in January 2021 and obtained final land development approvals six months later. Construction commenced in Fall 2021, and the project was delivered in phases between Fall 2022 and Winter 2024.

The property is comprised of a six-building residential community and includes a private courtyard for gatherings, fire pits, gas grills, and a pool. Other amenities include covered parking, a fitness center, club lounge, conference rooms, game rooms and co-working space. Walking trails were established throughout the wooded property which connect to a larger bike path network within the Township. The residential apartments feature nine-foot ceilings and balconies in every unit, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and quartz countertops.
