As part of an ongoing partnership, Radnor worked with Bucknell University to develop four buildings along Market Street in Lewisburg as part of the 81,000-square-foot Lewisburg Core Communities Initiative.
As Bucknell’s advisor, Radnor was retained to secure a building swap with the U.S. Postal Service enabling the redevelopment of a historic building for administration office space. The project scope also included the renovation of a historic movie theater, small business incubator, and retail space.
