The Hamilton, a newly constructed mixed-use apartment community located at 1520 Hamilton Street, was “Topped Out” today.
As the last pieces of steel and concrete were set into place for the ten-story building, the contractor, Clemens Construction Corporation, and developer, Radnor Property Group, along with the project team set aside some time to celebrate their accomplishments since the September 2017 groundbreaking ceremony.
The $160 million, multi-phased project located in Philadelphia’s Logan Square neighborhood is a collaboration between Radnor and the Community College of Philadelphia. It is set to bring 279 market-rate apartments in Phase I with units ready for occupancy on August 1st. The Hamilton features thoughtful design with less complexity and more efficiency, and a variety of amenity spaces for fitness, social gatherings and conference/business needs.
David Yeager, President & Founder of Radnor, said, “We are delighted with our construction progress. The team overcame challenging weather this March and we are proceeding on schedule to provide an exciting product for those professionals and students interested in living at The Hamilton.”
Leasing begins on May 1st by Bozzuto Management Company and interested future residents can refer to www.TheHamiltonPhilly.com for more information and to reserve a residence.
