Greater Philadelphia is full of opportunity.

The Philadelphia Business Journal each year honors the Best Real Estate Deals of the year – anything from building sales to renovations to project completions. Through an extensive nomination process, we endeavor to honor the deals with the highest impact on the region – the gamechangers, if you will.

We will also be honoring the region’s Economic Development Champions, people who are leading the effort to grow Greater Philadelphia.
