WAYNE, PA – January 16, 2019 – Radnor Property Group LLC announces today that Tim Gigliotti has been promoted to Partner effective on January 1, 2019. Radnor, a Philadelphia area-based development company focuses on multi-family and student housing real estate.

After thirteen years with the firm beginning as an analyst and later project manager, Tim has evolved into a company leader taking on complex transactions in all phases of real estate. Tim will continue to be instrumental in the management of the company’s real estate acquisitions, finance and development disciplines.

Tim holds degrees in Economics and Finance and a M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University Erie – The Behrend College.
