The office, established in Atlanta, Georgia, will service new opportunities in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Less than a year after opening its New England regional office, Radnor is focused on capitalizing on high growth primary and secondary markets in this region for new student housing, multi-family development and active adult opportunities. “The Southeast is a logical step for Radnor as we have grown north from our Philadelphia office and now south with our new Atlanta office,” says David Yeager, Managing Partner and CEO of Radnor Property Group. “Our expertise in developing dynamic living communities in and around university settings make the Southeast a fertile opportunity for us where there is strong growth throughout the age spectrum from university students to working professionals to active adults seeking alternative lifestyles.”

In conjunction with the new office opening, Radnor is pleased to announce that Ryan Steppe has joined the firm as Managing Director and Partner effective October 25^th, 2021. Mr. Steppe is the head of Radnor’s Southeast Regional Office in Atlanta as the company expands its initiatives and is responsible for sourcing new business and managing all investments within the territory.

Over the past six years, Mr. Steppe has specialized in development and acquisitions in the Southeast with a concentration in multi-family residential totaling $3.5 billion in asset value and $1.5 billion in debt and mezzanine financing. Mr. Steppe has over 20 years of institutional real estate experience in acquisitions, ground up development and finance with leading organizations including a private equity firm, a private REIT, and a Fortune 500 insurance company. “I have known and worked with Ryan for a decade while he represented an investor of ours”, says David Yeager. “I am thrilled to have someone of his caliber, commitment and energy as a Radnor partner.”
