Radnor Property Group, a leading real estate and infrastructure development company focused in public-private partnerships across the US., has been shortlisted in two categories for the 2025 P3 Awards: Developer/Sponsor of the Year, and Best Financial Structure Project.
This is the second consecutive year that Radnor has been shortlisted for Developer/Sponsor of the Year. In 2024, Radnor received four nominations for the P3 Awards, more than any other development company that year.
“It is an honor to be recognized by the P3 Bulletin and our industry peers on the judging panel this year,” said David Yeager, Radnor’s Founder and Managing Partner. “Radnor is incredibly proud to be shortlisted once again as Developer of the Year, and we know that these nominations speak to the strength of our partnerships and collaborative spirit across all of our endeavors.”
For Best Financial Structure Project, Radnor has been nominated alongside our JV partner, Harrison Street, for our projects at Duquesne University which revitalized the campus portfolio and modernized nearly 44% of the University’s housing stock. This award-winning, multi-phased initiative included the renovations of Brottier Hall and St. Martin Hall, and new construction of McGinley Hall, collectively spanning seven years and totaling nearly 2,000 beds altogether.
The successful completion of these P3 projects demonstrates the value that strategic collaboration can deliver to a university’s financial position. To date, the Radnor-Harrison Street-Duquesne partnership has de-densified the University’s portfolio by 5% while increasing campus-wide housing revenue by 51%, and contributed to an increase in enrollment in 2022.
“It’s tremendously exciting that our projects at Duquesne University have gotten the recognition that they have this year,” said Yeager. “This was a true partnership from start to finish, and we couldn’t have asked for better collaborators. We look forward to celebrating our industry peers’ achievements in October.”
Winners for the 2025 P3 Awards will be announced during the awards ceremony on October 22nd in New York City.
