For the third consecutive year, Radnor has been been shortlisted for the annual P3 Awards, the real estate development industry’s largest and most prestigious event focusing exclusively on public-private partnerships.
Radnor’s shortlisted categories include Best Education & Higher Education Project, Best Social Infrastructure Project, the Social Impact Award, and Sponsor/Developer of the Year.
For the first three categories, the P3 Bulletin honored Meritus Commons at the Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine, our award-winning community in Hagerstown, MD and the first housing development to be established on Meritus Health’s flagship campus. Sponsor/Developer of the year highlights organizations innovating and having a notable impact in the P3 space.

By providing the residential infrastructure necessary to support the Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine’s growth from an inaugural class of 90 students to more than 700 in just four years, Meritus Commons helps ensure those economic and healthcare benefits can be fully realized.
