Radnor Property Group was named to Student Housing Business’ annual list of the Top 25 Developers of Student Housing in the nation.

Radnor was recognized as #11 by number of projects and #22 by number of beds in the latest 2024 rankings. This is the first time the company has achieved a Top 25 ranking since its founding in 1999.

With 4,000 beds planned through Fall 2027, Radnor is managing a robust student housing pipeline for both on-campus and off-campus developments. These include P3 projects in partnership with Appalachian State University, Duquesne University, Meritus Health, The College of New Jersey, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and other institutions across the higher education and healthcare sectors.
