Nick has over 8 years of real estate experience, ranging from design and development to financial analysis and utilization of tax credits to leasing and management. Prior to joining Radnor, Nick has worked for a Top 50 design firm, community-focused housing developer and Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI).
During his career Nick has managed or has been involved with over $250 million of development projects totaling over 1 million square feet. He brings a long history in collaborating with institutions of higher education for design, planning and project management. At Radnor, Nick plays a key role in fostering projects through predevelopment including financial modeling and analysis continuing through design and construction to completion.
He holds a B.S. in Urban Planning from Arizona State University and a M. of Urban Planning from the School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania and a real estate development certificate in partnership with the Wharton School.
