Ben has over 12 years of diverse real estate experience in construction management, property management, leasing and financial analysis. Prior to his tenure at Radnor, Ben has worked for a National Top 400 general contractor, a local construction management firm, and a real estate advisory firm.
During his career Ben has managed or has been involved with over $300 million of real estate totaling over 1.2 million square feet. Ben has managed directly or assisted in more than 25 projects and over 400 residential units. At Radnor, Ben plays a key role in managing the development and construction phases of projects working closely with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to ensure the financial success of our projects. Other duties include due diligence and financial analysis for prospective investments and pipeline projects.
He holds a B.S. in Business Management and a B.S. in Economics from Gettysburg College and a Masters degree in Real Estate Development (MSRE) from Johns Hopkins University – Carey Business School.
