Spring Brook Water Company & Memorial Church Projects
After the successful completion of two development projects in partnership with King’s College, Radnor Property Group has been retained as the development manager of two historic redevelopment projects on campus. Combined, these projects total in excess of $12 million, and 26,000 square foot. The Spring Brook project establishes a new Department of Engineering for the College. Memorial provides for a new multi-purpose assembly and community center where the College can offer programming and events for students and the community at large.
Utilizing Federal Historic Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits for both projects and multiple state grants for Spring Brook, Radnor is assisting King’s in their mission to expand academic opportunities and continue to invest in the community. This historic redevelopment includes core & shell improvements to both buildings, classroom and laboratory fitout in Spring Brook and the development of ancillary support areas to utilize Memorial as a multi-purpose event space. Construction will commence in mid 2017 and be completed by early 2018.
